Gel rubs To gain full therapeutic benefit, apply to the affected area twice daily. Easily absorbed, good for quick, non-oily application when massage is not wanted. Water based so initially feels cool when applied.
Pulse points Can be applied on wrists, forehead, temples or under the nostrils up to four times a day. Can also be inhaled as required.
