Ordering and Shipping

ORDERS WITHIN THE UK 

All prices shown on this website include post and packing within the UK.
Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail.

We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days of receipt. We will email you to confirm receipt of your order and to advise of the despatch date.

MAIL ORDER WITHIN THE UK

If you wish to order by mail, email your order to:

together with your name and delivery address. 

Alternatively you can telephone us on 01789 772082 with your order and details. We will give you postal details to send us payment by cheque or postal order. Your order will then be sent following receipt of your cheque/postal order. Please note we are not able to accept card payments over the phone.

ORDERS FROM OUISIDE THE UK

Overseas shipping costs are included in the prices shown. If you wish to contact us before ordering, call: 00 441789 772082 or email as above.

Distance Selling Regulations

You have the right to cancel your order starting from the day on which you place your order and ending seven working days after the day you receive your goods. Please send your notice of cancellation to liz@arthritis.com.tw. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Liz Curley, 47 Dunnington, Dunnington, nr Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 59X. You are under an obligation to take care of the goods while they are in your possession. You are advised to return them by recorded delivery.
